Ilan Rosen is an Intelligence Community postdoctoral research fellow at the Research Laboratory of Electronics at MIT. He received a BS in Physics from the University of California, Santa Barbara in 2015, working with Prof. Ania Jayich. He then received his PhD in Applied Physics from Stanford University in 2021, where he worked with Prof. David Goldhaber-Gordon, studying electronic transport in topological materials. Now, as a postdoc in the Engineering Quantum Systems group led by Prof. William Oliver, Ilan’s research interests include protected superconducting qubits and simulating condensed matter systems using superconducting quantum processors.
