Kaavya Sahay did her bachelor’s degree in Engineering Physics with a minor in computer science from IIT Delhi. She is currently a PhD student in Prof. Shruti Puri’s group at Yale University in the Applied Physics department. Her research focuses on quantum error correction theory. She is working on projects involving measurement-based quantum computing, biased noise qubits and symmetry-enhanced decoding protocols.
