Martin Lebrat completed his PhD at ETH Zurich under the guidance of Tilman Esslinger, where he worked towards simulating electronic transport and topological materials with ultracold fermions. He is currently a Postdoctoral Fellow in the group of Markus Greiner at Harvard University under a Swiss National Foundation Fellowship and a Max Planck-Harvard Fellowship. There, he is experimentally investigating cold-atom realizations of the Hubbard model on optical lattice platforms that can provide unique perspectives on strongly correlated systems.
