Torsten Zache

Innsbruck

Torsten Zache studied physics and mathematics at Heidelberg University, where he received his doctorate in 2020, supervised by J. Berges. He is currently working as a postdoc in the group of P. Zoller at the University of Innsbruck and the Institute for Quantum Optics and Quantum Information. Torsten’s research is centred around the use of quantum technologies for addressing fundamental questions in quantum many-body systems, with applications ranging from high-energy to condensed matter physics.
